Outdoor Fitness Challenge

With Wide open fields and various obstacles, anything is possible in this ALL levels Fitness Challenge..
We run, walk, crawl, sprint, jump, hop, swing, push, pull....
 Several options make it doable and effective for all!
Choose the level that is best for you...
One hour designed to get your heart rate up, your energy soaring and incinerate calories leaving you feeling fabulous and ready to take on your day!
 
HIIT
 Using drills, free weights and body weight  to give you a complete full body workout from the inside out.
 Specifically designed high intensity drills  followed by periods of rest of  rest guaranteeing to maximize calorie burn ..
Burn maximum calories  and create a lean, strong and toned body. 
This class is designed for all levels and can be modified for each person.
Maximum or 5 participants

PiYo
An abdominal intensive class utilizing flowing core exercise infusing pilates and yoga moves together to create a lean, flexible  and toned body!! Use your body to work your body..
This class is suitable for all levels

30-30-30

30 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of PiYo (core)
30 minutes of yoga
 This class does it all! 




Power Yoga 
Class moves from pose to pose allowing continuous movement while increasing heart rate and
stimulating your metabolism.
Intermediate to Advanced.

Core Power Energy  Yoga
A high energy Yoga class using upbeat energizing music and 
empowering yoga moves that will leave you feeling fabulous!!
 
Youth Yoga 
Classes designed to work with girls through various poses that help to enhance health and wellness and build self confidence
Teen Strength
Class designed to increase core strength, flexibilty and balance as well as tone and  create a fit and strong body. Empahsis placed on abdominals and legs..

Gentle Slow Flow Yoga
A yoga class desinged to make all students feel comfortable and at ease with their movement.
Easy to follow and slow moving.
This class will leaving you feeling balanced, calm and Peaceful.
Strengthen your immune, metabolic, and circulatory Systems..
A must for all fitness levels!!
 
All Levels Yoga
A moderate Yoga class designed to bring balance back to the body and mind while creating flexibilty and mobility in the joints and muscles
 
Beginner Yoga
A class designed for individuals who have never taken yoga before or who have but would like a deeper understanding of what the poses are and proper breathing techniques
