Introducing Moves with Michelle 

This is a private Facebook group where each day I will post a new 10 minute workout that is for all levels and all you will need to perform The workouts is a mat and a set of weights..

Each 10 minute workout will focus on a different part of the body ranging from upper body core work lower body balance, yoga, stretching cardio, and more. 

You will able to access these videos at any time at your own convenience and look at them throughout the month.

The Facebook group will also entail tips for the day and a theme for each day and any feedback that any group members would like to give or comments or concerns. 

Post in the group if you’d like or not at all and just watch the videos..

This is the most doable effective all encompassing program I have ever offered!
