The purpose of Wellness Counseling is to assist individuals in maximizing their quality of life and longevity by eliminating poor health habits and thought processes and developing healthier day to day practices and healthy self talk. It encompasses a variety of issues ranging from exercise, anxiety, body image, nutrition, healthy relationships, sleep patterns and overall well being.
I offer counseling for all ages and situations and offer a safe and open environment to enable clients to be candid and comfortable and work towards bringing balance and happiness to their lives.
Sessions led via zoom or in studio
All clients are required to complete an intake evaluation
